Leesville Lake is a fisherman's paradise, with record size "muskie" and a plentiful population of channel catfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, and bluegill.

Atwood Lake has plenty of corners you'll enjoy fishing.

Free boat launch ramps are available at both Atwood and Leesville.

    Hunting

Its easy to spot three deer a week while driving within a mile of Carrollton; the rest of the county has plenty, as well. The Division of Wildlife has stocked a couple areas with wild turkey, O.D.N.R. maintains wildlife areas :The Carroll County Wildlife Officer is Stephen Jurco, at (216)627-5305.
