After 14 years of making art, I placed these two pictures side by side. One created in 1991. The other in 2005. What I realized is I really have not learned anything. The context is the same. Only the scale has changed. Years spent in various beer joints turned out to be a huge waste of time when weighed against what I could have accomplished. I packed my technical discipline and went to art school.
